The Finger Lime plant offered comes in a 20 cm pot, is approximately one and a half to two years old from grafting, and reaches a height of about 80 cm, including the pot. It has a compact and tidy canopy, not overly vigorous but elegant, composed of small, deep green evergreen leaves. It is suitable for pot cultivation and also thrives on terraces or in small spaces, maintaining a harmonious growth habit. Flowering primarily occurs in spring, but in favorable conditions, it can reoccur until autumn, with small white-pinkish flowers appearing. The fruit of the White Finger Lime is elongated, about 5-10 cm long, green externally, and characterized by white pulp formed by tiny juicy vesicles that resemble caviar eggs in consistency and shape. Due to this characteristic, it is often also called Caviar Lime. With a fresh, citrusy flavor, it is highly appreciated in cooking for enhancing fish dishes, gourmet preparations, and sophisticated cocktails.
