Bank Transfer:
The ordered goods will only be sent upon actual credit of the due amount, which must occur within 30 days from the order acceptance date. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will receive an automatic order cancellation email.

In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by www.vivaimiano.com, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card. Vivai Miano will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the refund process. Once payment is received, we will send an email confirmation and then proceed with order fulfillment exclusively to the indicated address.
