📦 Returns Policy – Vivai Miano

We sell live plants, and for this reason, we adopt specific return policies designed to ensure customer satisfaction and product protection.

✅ Returns Accepted

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The plant arrived damaged or not in good condition.

  • An incorrect product was received compared to what was ordered.

  • The plant shows clear signs of disease or rot within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, it is required to send photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt to allow us to assess the problem and authorize a return or refund.

❌ Returns Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The plant was damaged after delivery due to inappropriate care or unsuitable environmental conditions.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product (for aesthetic reasons, size, etc.).

  • The request is made more than 48 hours after receipt, as it is a perishable product.

🔁 Replacement or Refund

In case of valid and confirmed issues:

  • We offer a free replacement of the plant (if available) or

  • A full or partial refund, based on the damage assessment.

📩 How to request a return

To request a return or report a problem, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Send detailed photos of the plant and packaging.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.

The right of withdrawal is regulated under Legislative Decree 206/2005 if the customer-consumer (i.e., a physical person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to www.coltivia.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

In the event of a return, the product(s) must be sent to the operational headquarters of

Vivai Miano, C/da S. Enargi SP 100  98054 Furnari (ME)

and must include the PRODUCT CODE and the accompanying invoice number. The only cost you incur is the shipping cost to return the product and the outbound shipping costs of the purchased product(s).

Each plant is unique and may vary slightly from the photos due to the seasonal and live nature of the product. Slight variations in shape, color, or size do not constitute a defect.
